Human beings who have the ability to turn into a weapon. At the DWMA, most weapons are paired up with a Meister, and together they possess a strengthened soul wavelength.

The natural enemies to the DWMA, Witches possess a purple soul and magical abilities. Many are based upon a specific animal, which intertwines with both fighting style and magic abilities.

Accepted Kishins
It is very unlikely for another true Kishin to be born, but many eggs do exist. A Kishin can be made, supposedly, by consuming an innumerable amount of innocent human souls. Kishins have a natural ability to spread madness around the area they are in- a fully realized Kishin is said to be the embodiment of insanity.
